Every client will receive a free consultation to determine the scope of work. An estimate and contract will be submitted for approval before any services are performed.

 

Upon request, Simply Wright will gladly sign any confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements to maintain the integrity of your organization.

 

Upon approval, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for all estimated services.

 

There is a one (4) hour minimum on all services.

 

Payment for monthly services must be paid in full in advance of service

 

Retainer services are available with discounted rates and must be paid in advance. Any unused hours will not be refunded but will be satisfied with other services until the time is complete.

 

Simply Wright takes pride in providing clients with a final product that is accurate and of high quality. However, the client is responsible for the final proofreading of the completed assignment. If any errors are found, Simply Wright will be happy to correct them free of charge within 14 days after receipt of the completed assignment. After 14 days, however, Simply Wright reserves the right to charge a small fee for this service.

 

If you choose to terminate a project prior to completion, please notify us immediately. Payment for services rendered will remain the responsibility of the client and all payments are non-refundable
